This article should be completed only after these instructions: How to configure the Jira integration for evidence generation
It is possible to configure permissions for specific Jira spaces to grant access to the Complyance service account.
Jira space types
There are two types of spaces in Jira:
- Team-managed

They differ in how their permissions are configured. Therefore, the first step in setting up permissions is to determine which type of space you are working with. In the space navigation panel, click the three dots next to the space you want to configure. At the bottom of the popover, you will see the type of the space.
The following instructions describe how to configure each type of space. Throughout the examples, the service account used for the integration is referred to as Complyance.
