The Details tab, at the top of the right hand navigation bar, displays the basic information about a control, including:
- System Fields: Standard fields such as Name, Description, and Criteria.
- All controls have these system fields, and these are Migrated by the Complyance Implementation team
- Custom Fields: Any additional fields added by your team to track specific data. Custom fields are bespoke per organization.
At the top left of the drawer, you’ll see the unique Control ID (e.g., "Control / C0201") and its current status (e.g., “At risk”)

Notes: Custom fields are module-specific (a Controls field won’t appear in Vendors, etc.).
Field filters and order apply wherever that module’s record is displayed, including reports.
You can report and filter based on any field on your controls. To learn more about reporting please visit: How to Create and Edit Reports
