Reports in Complyance allow you to build customized views of your data across modules such as Controls, Vendors, Policies, or Risks. Reports are flexible and update in real-time, helping you track progress and highlight areas of concern.
You can filter and sort based on any system field or custom field, making it easy to tailor reports to your organization’s needs.
Creating a Report
Navigate to the Reports tab on the left-hand navigation bar. Click + New Report. In the setup window:
- Name: Enter a name for your report (e.g., “High Priority Vendors”).
- Type: Select the module you want to report on (Controls, Vendors, Policies, or Risks).
- You can also make reports for Tasks.
- Description: Add details about the report if needed. Click Create.
Your report will now appear in the Reports tab. Click into the name of the report to open it.
Filtering and Sorting
Open your new report. You will see a list of all of your Controls/Risks/etc.
To Crete the report - use the Filter and Sort options at the top-left of the table. Filters persist, so they’ll remain applied the next time you open the report. Reports update automatically, so you’ll always see the latest data.
Exporting Reports
Click Export .csv to download a copy of your report for use outside the platform.
