Generating the API Token

• Navigate to Account Settings

  

• Navigate to Account Integrations → API

  

• Check Enable Reporting API Access

• Click on Reporting API

  

• Click on Create New API Token

  

• Fill in:
  • Name: Complyance Integration API Token
  • Expiration Date
  • Status: Enabled

• Click on Create Token

  

• Copy the Generated API Token

• Click on OK

  

Region

KnowBe4 has the following possible regions:

• US
• EU
• CA
• UK
• DE

To know your region you can take a look at the URL format https://{REGION}.knowbe4.com/app/dashboard

i.e. https://ca.knowbe4.com/app/dashboard means this is a CA region.
