How to configure the JumpCloud integration for evidence generation

Required information

To setup the integration connector, the following information is required:

1. Account region (US/EU)
2. Organization ID
3. Client ID
4. Client Secret

Follow the instructions below to obtain this information.

Where to find account region

Check the domain name when logged in to the JumpCloud admin panel:

• If it is https://console.jumpcloud.com, the region is US.
• If it is https://console.eu.jumpcloud.com, the region is EU.

Where to find organization ID

1. Go to Settings in the JumpCloud admin panel.

2. Click the copy icon next to Organization ID.

   

How to create a Service Account

1. Go to Settings in the JumpCloud admin panel.

2. Select the Service Accounts tab and click + New.

   

3. Enter a Service Account name, e.g. Complyance, select the Read Only role, and click Configure.

   

4. Set Secret Lifetime to 365 Days and click Activate.

   

5. Copy both the Client ID and Client Secret.
