Program visibility helps you manage which compliance programs are shown in the sidebar of Complyance. This is useful if you’d like to temporarily hide an older program, or if your team isn’t using one at the moment.
Note: Hiding a program does not delete any data, or affect links made to risks, vendors, or tasks. It simply removes the program from view until you choose to show it again.
For example: If evidence is linked to your old ISO 27001:2013 program, hiding that program will also hide its association in the Controls tab of the evidence item. Turning the program back on will restore it.
Editing Program Visibility
Navigate to the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation bar. Open Controls, then select Programs. You will see a list of all programs in your environment, with a visibility toggle next to each. To hide a program, switch the toggle off. This removes the program from appearing in the sidebar. To restore visibility, switch the toggle on again.
With this feature, you can keep your sidebar focused only on the programs that matter most at any given time.
