Introduction
Tasks allow you to take actionable steps based on the treatment plans you've written. Using AI, the platform can automatically generate tasks from your risk treatment plans, supporting you in addressing your risks.
Tasks can be assigned to any team member who is onboarded into Complyance – they don’t need to be the risk owner.
Creating Tasks from a Treatment Plan
To create tasks using AI, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Risk Register using the left-hand navigation bar.
- Open the risk you'd like to create tasks for.
- On the Risk Details page, locate the Treatment Details section.
- Hover over the treatment plan text. A small checkbox will appear in the top-right corner titled Create task.
- Click this checkbox. Complyance AI will generate a list of suggested tasks based on your treatment plan.
- Review the AI-generated tasks. Select the ones that are relevant by ticking the checkboxes.
- Once you're happy with your selection, click the blue Create button.
- These tasks are now live and can be managed from the Tasks tab of the risk.
Note: The Create tasks button will only appear if a treatment plan is structured in a bulleted or numbered list. All AI-generated treatment plans are structured in this way so this will always appear.
Managing Tasks
To view and manage the tasks:
- Navigate to the Tasks tab within the Risk.
- Here, you can see all tasks associated with that specific risk.
- Select the task you have just created to:
- Assign a team member
- Set a due date
Once a task is assigned, the selected user will receive a notification that they’ve been given a task to complete.
