Once you’ve sent a questionnaire, you can monitor its status at any time from the Vendors module.
To track progress:
- Navigate to the Vendors module
From the left-hand navigation bar, click Vendors to open your vendor register. - Select the relevant vendor
Click on the vendor’s name to open their Vendor Drawer. - Open the Questionnaires tab
Inside the Vendor Drawer, go to the Questionnaires tab to see a list of questionnaires sent to that vendor. Review questionnaire status
For each questionnaire, you’ll see:- The questionnaire name
- The email address it was sent to
- The due date
- The current status:
- Not started: Sent, but the vendor hasn’t opened it
- In progress: The vendor has opened but not submitted
- Submitted: Fully completed and submitted
- The name of the platform user who sent it
- The submission date (once completed)
Any back-and-forth communication with the vendor around a questionnaire can be recorded here for easy tracking.
Overdue Questionnaires
For Overdue questionnaires, you can manually send a reminder to the Vendor.
From the Questionnaires tab of the Vendor Drawer click the three dots to the far right of the overdue Quesitonnaire. You will see "Send a reminder". This sends a nudge to a Vendor, letting them know they have been send a reminder to complete the vendor questionnaire.
