Once your vendor and questionnaire are ready, follow these steps to send a questionnaire directly from Complyance:
- Navigate to the Vendors module
From the left-hand navigation bar, click Vendors to open your vendor register. Select the vendor
Click the vendor’s name to open the Vendor Drawer, where you manage all vendor details and activity.Note: Make sure the Vendor's email is completed.
- Open the Questionnaires tab
Inside the Vendor Drawer, click the Questionnaires tab to view questionnaires already sent to this vendor. Click "+ New Questionnaire"
A box will pop-up, allowing you to fill in details and customize the email the Vendor receives.
- The email address from the Vendor details tab will auto-populate (but if this was not added, then enter the recipient’s email address here)
- Set a due date for completion
- The Vendor will be notified immediately that the request is sent, as well as just before the questionnaire is overdue, and then again when the questionnaire is Overdue
- Select the Questionnaire
- Optionally:
- Customize the Email subject
- Add a custom message (The email already contains text, this is an optional additional message to add to the email)
- Send the questionnaire
Click Send to deliver the questionnaire to the vendor’s email. They will receive a secure link to complete it.
